Open Heart, Open Mind Full Body Flow with Opportunities to Twist, Float & Play!
Expect a 75 minute Vinyasa Yoga Class where I will guide you through a brief meditation that will help clear your mind and bring all your awareness to your body & the mat. From there we warm up with simple exercises by taking small movements and gently waking up the body. With a series of sequenced asanas (poses) I will get your heart rate pumping and maybe cause you to sweat a little while also challenging your body. We cool down with some yin-yoga inspired poses-deep stretching-to help ease you gently into shavasana-final rest.
